Dues Increasing July 1
Quarterly dues will increase in the new fiscal year that begins July 1. Dues will increase from $185 to $235, not including $25 quarterly optional donations to the Rotary Foundation and GRSP that are encouraged.
Why now?
- Our dues have not increased since 2015.
- Both District 6900 and Rotary International have increased dues three times since 2015.
- The adjustment also accounts for increasing prices for meals, venue costs, and other routine expenses that support our meetings and activities.
If you have any questions about these cost increases, please contact Teri White, who will be treasurer in 2026-2027.

Literacy for Thomas County
Please join us for an informative presentation by Donita Hinckley, chair of Literacy for Thomas County. Donita will outline the purpose and goals of the non-profit and share an overview of the work it does in our community.

Her presentation will include:
- An explanation of the organization's purpose and goals
- A description of projects sponsored by Literacy for Thomas County
- Information on how Rotary members can get involved to support generational literacy in Thomas County
This program is an opportunity for Thomasville Rotarians to learn more about local literacy efforts and consider ways to support long-term literacy outcomes in our county. We welcome members to attend and hear directly from the organization's leadership.
Training Courses Available
Log into your My Rotary account to take advantage of Rotary training courses in a variety of areas, including professional development and timely topics like change management and uncovering unconscious bias.
All officers and directors who will take office in July for the 2026-2027 Rotary year are required to take the courses available for their role. Anyone who would like to volunteer as committee members and potential officers are also encouraged to take the courses.
